We’re Back from Málaga! Time for the Next Stage of the “Restart, Relationships, Balance!” Project

An incredibly inspiring stage of the “Restart, Relationships, Balance!” project, funded through the Erasmus+ Programme, has come to an end.

For six days, a group of 15 participants from the Podlaskie region of Poland took part in an educational mobility in Málaga, Spain. It was a time of intensive learning, exchanging experiences, and discovering practical solutions that can be applied both in everyday life and in activities benefiting local communities.

During the mobility, participants:

🧠 learned practical ways to save water and energy,

♻️ discovered how to create eco-friendly products from materials already available at home,

🌱 gained knowledge about sustainable plant cultivation,

🔍 explored contemporary environmental issues such as greenwashing and climate change denial,

💻 became familiar with modern digital tools supporting education and communication,

🤝 developed skills in planning local social and environmental initiatives.

One of the most important outcomes of the mobility was the development of participants’ own ideas for activities that they will be able to implement in their local communities after returning home. The project demonstrated that ecology can be practical, accessible, and closely connected to everyday life.

There was also time to discover new places and cultures. Participants explored Málaga and visited Gibraltar, where they took part in a city game. It was an excellent opportunity to learn about the history, local traditions, and unique characteristics of this remarkable place, while also strengthening teamwork, communication, and group integration.

This experience not only provided participants with new knowledge, but also strengthened their sense of empowerment, helped them build meaningful relationships, and increased their motivation to take an active role in their communities. These values are perfectly reflected in the project’s name – “Restart, Relationships, Balance!”.

But this is not the end of our activities!

During the mobility, participants also worked on a series of podcasts dedicated to ecology and conscious living. They selected the topics themselves, prepared scripts, and recorded the episodes, sharing their own experiences and reflections.

The first episodes will be published very soon!

We hope that these materials will inspire discussion, reflection, and small everyday actions that, together, can lead to meaningful change.

We would like to thank all participants for their commitment, energy, and openness to new experiences. Thanks to you, the “Restart, Relationships, Balance!” project truly comes to life.

We will soon share more results and achievements from the project. Stay tuned!
